The install tech Charles was very nice, informative, and hard working. He corrected an error in my existing alarm system that saved me time and money. There was never any pressure to buy additional services and I am very pleased with the monitoring so far. I highly recommend Fort Knox for your security system needs.

However, a special shout out to a technician I’ve worked with named Edgar, who assisted me on-site while I was remote. Edgar was nothing but courteous, professional, and patient. I’ve had to work through some difficult technical situation, and having Edgar as my remote eyes, ears, and hands made all the difference in the world.
