A year ago we spent a large amount of money thinking we were getting “state of the art” in security cameras for our general office and greenhouse facilities. It turned out to be ancient equipment and a complete disaster. We bit the bullet and decided to redo our system and get another opinion from a different company, NTOUCH Networks. They were extremely professional, and very reasonable in their quote for a new system. And this time it was state of the art. In a few days the consultant came out, which was Sean Davis (provided his badge and all). He was one of a kind, very thorough when providing options and pricing. He made the experience very comfortable. I will DEFINITELY be referring Sean and Alert 360 to my friends and family. When the technician came out ON TIME by the way (kudos), he confirmed the location of everything and got to work. Once it was completed, he explained how everything worked in home and on our phones. We switched over to All Star Security in January, 2020. The initial installation had some technical difficulties due to the previous system. Jeff stayed late into the night trying to get things to a 100%. The next day Taylor came out as promised and he was able to get the final piece up and running. Our home was never not secured. We are pleased with our system and would recommend it to everyone. All Star Security was able to use most of all our equipment and the monthly cost is three times lower that what we had been paying for years. Jeff, Taylor and monitoring dispatch service are always helpful and easy to get in touch with.

Love my Vivint system. I’ve had multiple companies over the years, Vivint is by far the most user-friendly with the best app and best technology that I’ve seen. It’s not the cheapest brand, but it’s prices are very reasonable for why you get. I’ve had the cheapo systems before and they don’t even come close. Definitely the best value I’ve gotten so far.

The technician/representative (Jeff) sent to do the consult and installation was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He texted to let me know his eta on set date of appointment. In addition, he took the time to explain the security features and allowed me to practice using the system. He also went above and beyond in finding a solution to setting up the exterior garage door alarm which was important to me to have as a part of my security system.
