Zach came out to resolve low battery issue with alarm system. Not only did he replace battery, but noticed that charger was not putting out enough voltage for all the system components. Took time to fix this, so it would be good for more than short term. Really nice guy.

Our installer, David Feazell, was very nice and professional. He explained our new alarm system thoroughly and kept his work extremely tidy. I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend him.

They were very helpful in selecting the right equipment for the initial installation and have been responsive whenever we’ve had questions, needed upgrades or even battery changes. I found Smith Thompson Pest Control to be as good as Smith Thompson Security. Gary was my technician. He fully explained the full lawn fire ant treatment that lasts a year and the quarterly home treatment service. He was super nice, knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. I’ve been happy as a security customer for about 5 years and I’m equally pleased with my pest control experience.
