From the intial call getting information about the various options. Patrick was very friendly, he even said I sound like his auntie. He scheduled my consultation very quickly. In a few days the consultant came out, which was Sean Davis (provided his badge and all). He was one of a kind, very thorough when providing options and pricing. He made the experience very comfortable. I will DEFINITELY be referring Sean and Alert 360 to my friends and family. When the technician came out ON TIME by the way (kudos), he confirmed the location of everything and got to work. Once it was completed, he explained how everything worked in home and on our phones. The technician was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing. He entered our home with a mask on, took his shoes off at the door, was friendly, looked very professional with his 360 uniform. He was efficient and made sure that our panel was working properly before he left. We received top notch service.
