I found Smith Thompson Pest Control to be as good as Smith Thompson Security. Gary was my technician. He fully explained the full lawn fire ant treatment that lasts a year and the quarterly home treatment service. He was super nice, knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. I’ve been happy as a security customer for about 5 years and I’m equally pleased with my pest control experience.

The technician/representative (Jeff) sent to do the consult and installation was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He texted to let me know his eta on set date of appointment. In addition, he took the time to explain the security features and allowed me to practice using the system. He also went above and beyond in finding a solution to setting up the exterior garage door alarm which was important to me to have as a part of my security system.
